David J. Nolan, DJ to his friends, is a communications professional with almost three decades experience working with organizations and individuals on six continents. Working predominantly in the reproductive rights field, and more recently for a member association here in DC, he develops and implements communications strategies with storytelling as their centerpiece, using asset framing to showcase what’s possible. Born in Dublin, Ireland, after a stint living in London he emigrated to the U.S., where he became a citizen in 2018. He has a degree in history from what is now London Metropolitan University and is married with two children. He has lived in the Brookland neighborhood of Washington DC for more than 20 years.
