Emmy Award-winning documentary filmmaker Marilyn Ness’ playwriting debut, POSTMORTEM, is a boundary-pushing crime drama about a girl who didn’t tell her childhood secret—and the woman she becomes, who does.

POSTMORTEM, the play, will be accompanied by POSTMORTEM, the documentary—a film about art-making and what it can do to release and heal us from harm.

Directed by Tony Award-nominee Sheryl Kaller. Starring Outer Critics Circle Award-nominee Maddie Corman, Jill Abramovitz, and six-time Tony and Emmy-nominated Tovah Feldshuh. A gifted DC cast joins the production including Helen Hayes Tribute-winning Nancy Robinette, JaBen Early, Alex De Bard, Lolita Marie, and Tyasia Velines.
